My View:

Yep here I go again, reading out of order. Seriously folks, you can do that with the Tucker Springs series.. though I still SWEAR I will go back and read the first tow books... someday... soon... really... I mean it. No really they are on my Paperwhite waiting to be read, and I only keep books that should be read in the next month (or so) on my kindle...

So Covet Thy Neighbor... We should talk about that... I was excited for this one, and skeptical at the same time. I don't generally like religious themes in my books, but (as any of my readers know) I am a fan of LA Witt and I am a fan of this series in general, so I wanted to give it a try. As you could probably guess, this book deals a lot with how many religious individuals (and groups) view homosexuality, but does so in a interesting way. I loved Darren because he is everything that a cliched minister is NOT. He is gay (of course), but he is also very open minded. I loved how Witt turned the argument around to show that there can be discrimination of both sides of the issue. I couldn't quite give Covet Thy Neighbor 5 stars because that last emotional push I need to push a novel from great to exceptional wasn't there, but don't be fooled, I loved this book.
