Scandle ~ Review ~

I will admit, I was not sure about doing a review for the Scandle.   It is not my usual review fodder, but I was intrigued by the description of it, so I decided to go for it.  This is probably the least "family-friendly" post I have made, but don't worry it will still be PG ;)

Scandle is the scented candle that doubles as massage oil.  As they say it "potent scent of a candle with the comfort of a essential oil massage lotion".  The burning of the candle gently warms the oil, but it is not too warm for use, of course.   The massage oil candle starts as a great soy-based aromatherapy candle and melts into a luxurious lotion that is good for skin care or massage.  2 Great products in one.

Because the candle is soy-based, it is healthy to use on the skin and melts at a lower temperature than paraffin based candles.  Soy has many benefits for the skin.  Watch the video below for more information on the health benefits of soy and the Scandle.

I received the Cherry Blossom scent to test.  I was suitably impressed with the scent.  It was fragrant, but not overpowering (which is always an issue for me as I am sensitive to scents).  It melted into a nice lotion that felt good on my hands without being overly greasy.

Scandle is a fun way to pamper yourself or someone else!

Find them on the Web, Facebook, Twitter, or You Tube

Note: I received the product in this review for free for the purpose of this review.  All opinions are my own.
