Mini Book of Grandwiches ~ Review and Giveaway ~

I have zero originality when it comes to food, especially lunches, and even more so specially lunches for my kids.  I tend to eat the same things over and over and over (if you don't believe me take a look at my Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge posts from February)...

Let's face it, sandwiches cut into little squares with the crusts cut off, while tasty, are a bit boring day in and day out.   Enter the Mini Book of Grandwiches by Lisa Leconte.  It is a great resource for the less than creative, such as myself.  It offers tons of recipes and presentation ideas to create complete, nutritious meals for your kids that are presented in a fun, kid-friendly format.

Each lunch idea is accompanied by a full color picture, recipe, and assembly instructions.  Don't have time for all that work?  It also contains a list of 52 sandwich filling ideas and 13 fun mayonnaise recipes in addition to a list of tools of the trade and cutout patterns to make her wonderful creations.
