From the Publisher:
For the past six months, Jared’s been selling sex at Market Garden, a London club that caters to the better-off. But business is slow in the run-up to Christmas, when businessmen and bankers are too busy bickering over bonuses to rent themselves a little high-class action.
Though Jared’s wallet finds the downtime unnerving, the rest of him rather enjoys the opportunity it gives him to admire Tristan, an old hand in the club whose reputation usually sees him well-booked. Jared has been crushing on Tristan for months—he’s no more immune to Tristan’s cockiness and confidence than the johns, and those are just Tristan’s inner qualities.
Just as Jared’s about to chat Tristan up, a businessman asks for something a little different: he wants to book them both. They agree—and Jared finds himself going from crush to mind-bending lust as he’s made the pawn in a sexual power game. Tristan shows him how a pro handles a john while delivering the top-shelf sex for which the Market Garden is so rightly renowned.
This title is part of the Market Garden universe.
My View:
Hawt!!! That is the one word that comes to mind when I think about Quid Pro Quo a joint effort of L.A. Witt and Aleksandr Voinov. I have read offerings from each of these authors previously and this title lives up to both of their reputations brilliantly. The plot for Quid Pro Quo is somewhat lean, what is there is well developed enough, it is just not as important to the story as the sex scene.
Tristan and Jared are high-end rentboys in London. They are hired together to perform for a high-end john. There is mild BDSM (in the form of power exchange only), some mild menage (the john only gets in on the act for a brief moment), and lots of smokin' hot voyeuristic man on man action. It is a quick read, but an excellent one.
Riptide says that this is part of the MarketGarden Universe, so I hope that bodes well for us seeing more from Tristan Jared.
I would like to thank Riptide and NetGalley for providing me with the eARC of this title in exchange for my honest opinion.
I visit each day some blogs and websites to read articles or reviews, but this web site offers quality based articles.
