Growing up in the South, we fry everything. I always joked that if we could find a way to fry a stick of butter and eat it we would... sadly that joke became a reality and some of the recent Texas State Fairs (where vendors literally compete for fry the most outrageous and unhealthy things and get people to eat them, but I digress).
